The business of computing.

16Jul07

I did it. I bit the bullet and bought a new laptop last night (actually it was me and the husband). *sigh* I HATE buying computer shit. Its irrelevant far too quickly, and for what I want it to do, costs waaaaay too much. But the Dell I have is finally biting the big one, and well, the hinges are cracked, I can’t update to SP2, (which means no virus updates for some reason, no itunes updates, and no Direct X9 updates) and it doesn’t support Warcraft. (Yes, I have just admitted to the world, that I am a geek and I like computer games, I am ok with that)

The new laptop will be spiffy and black, instead of heavy and blue, and run Vista Premium, with 2.2Ghz of processor and 160g of hard drive. All I need is Word and stuff like that.
I’m so excited!

Project one of 1.2million done before the semester starts…
